Tidebox Website Terms
These terms govern use of the public website tidebox.ai. They are not yet a signed customer subscription agreement or service order.
1. Scope
These terms apply to visitors using the public website, reviewing information, and sending early-access or contact requests through the site.
2. Informational content
Unless expressly stated otherwise, content on this website is for informational and pre-contract discussion purposes. Publication of pricing, capabilities, or roadmap references does not by itself create a binding offer.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the security or availability of the website.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through forms.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the site in a harmful manner.
4. Third-party references
The website may mention or link to third-party products, technologies, or providers such as OpenClaw, NVIDIA, Google, and Supabase. Those references do not transfer their intellectual property or create responsibility for third-party services beyond Tidebox's own stated role.
5. No warranty for public site content
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but public-site content may change. Website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Contracting for Tidebox services
Production use of Tidebox services, paid pilots, enterprise onboarding, and customer data processing require a separate commercial agreement, and where appropriate, a DPA and security annexes.
